We’d like to introduce our Growth Marketing Manager – Kasia.
Kasia is a Marketing Manager with 8 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SEO, content marketing, and strategy. She also lectures at universities, sharing her expertise in building effective marketing strategies and brand growth.
She joined us one and a half years ago and has been working closely with the team, developing strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and expanding our reach.
We interviewed her, asking 7 questions to gain insights into Kasia’s leadership style and experience working with her team at Addepto.

The first is collaboration, both within teams and between them.
The second is the combination of responsibility and autonomy. On one hand, we feel accountable for decisions made together, and on the other, we have a lot of freedom in how we work. This allows us to grow in our chosen directions and shape our own career paths.
The third is the absence of micromanagement, there’s trust that everyone knows what to do and how to do it, and we support each other instead of controlling every step.
I value openness and honesty. We speak openly about everything and know we can do so. It’s a safe space we’ve built together where we feel comfortable. I also appreciate continuous growth with the team – we test new solutions, stay open to change, and work in a dynamic environment, which is extremely valuable to me.
You need to be flexible and roll with changes, whether it’s shifting priorities or new strategies. Being able to give and receive feedback is huge, along with having strong collaboration skills since we often work together on projects. Remote work experience helps too.
I really value people who take initiative and aren’t afraid to share ideas, no matter their role – everyone’s voice counts here. You’ll need to be proactive because no one’s going to hand you a to-do list. You plan your own work and own it.
Good time management and prioritization are essential, along with the ability to think through problems and come up with solutions. And here’s the thing – you can’t be afraid to mess up. We all make mistakes, and that’s often how we learn best. What matters is how you handle them and bounce back.
Attitude is everything. Skills can be developed, but the approach to work, problem-solving, and challenges is key and much harder to change.
B2B marketing shares many common elements across different industries, so experience from various sectors is highly valuable. Knowledge of AI can be acquired (at least at a marketing level), but the right mindset is something you need to cultivate over time, not learn in just a few days.
Good communication is a key, especially when we work remotely on common projects. We meet in person once a quarter, which is important not only for planning the next three months of work but also for integration and building relationships. We also regularly connect online. The whole team meets twice a week, and we have individual 1:1 project meetings as well as development conversations where we discuss what we can improve based on our skills and interests.
We care about personal connections too. We share our favorite movies and talk about what’s going on in our lives. I’m not afraid to spend 30 minutes of a meeting on casual topics because it strengthens the team and doesn’t slow down our work at the same time.
Two things. First, working with people – contributing to their growth and watching their progress. I find it incredibly rewarding when someone who once struggled with a task can now handle it with ease. Second, the opportunity to get directly involved in projects, which helps me better understand the team’s perspective.
I also enjoy the strategic side of the role – observing how marketing influences the organization’s growth and shapes its image.
“Great today beats perfect someday.”
