We’d like to introduce you to our Project Manager, Paulina. She joined us six months ago and works closely with the Delivery team, helping to grow the team, manage projects, and shape the future of the company.

We took the opportunity to ask her 7 key questions that will give you insight into Paulina’s working style and what it’s like to work at Addepto.

What 3 things come to your mind when you think about working at Addepto?

  1. Teamwork, where everyone supports each other.
  2. Stability, thanks to clear processes and a well-structured environment.
  3. Belonging – you quickly feel part of the team, build relationships, and learn from others.

What do you value most about the team you work with?

I really appreciate the mutual support and the way the team shares knowledge. When I joined, I had no experience in AI/Big Data projects, but I never felt judged — there’s a lot of trust, respect, and patience. Everyone takes ownership of their work, and no matter the seniority, we all stay focused on the same goal and move forward together.

What skills are key to thrive in your team?

Strong communication and teamwork are essential — we solve problems together and share knowledge. Proactivity matters; everyone is encouraged to bring new ideas, and empathy is key to understanding different perspectives. Trust, respect, and empathy help us build real connections and work better as a team.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about joining your team?

If you’re thinking about joining Addepto, focus not only on building strong technical foundations in AI, tools, and methods, but also on developing soft skills like communication, collaboration, and openness to feedback. We’re looking for people who are ready to take responsibility, adapt to changing project needs, and contribute to the team in a way that aligns with our culture and values. In our team, it’s not just about what you know, but also about how you work with others and grow together.

How do you take care of good communication and team development?

For me, good communication starts with regular check-ins — not just project meetings, but also recurring 1:1s where we set clear expectations and create space for open dialogue. One of the hardest but most valuable skills I had to learn myself is active listening, making sure everyone has a voice, not just the most extroverted people. I also believe in full transparency and continuous development, so we set growth goals together and encourage knowledge sharing through courses, platforms, and team initiatives.

What do you like most about working as a manager?

I love working with people and supporting their growth by listening, helping, and motivating them. Being part of the team and sharing the daily work, moving forward together, is very important to me. I also enjoy building trust and watching the team become more independent as they achieve their goals. Plus, I appreciate working on projects because no two are the same, and no matter how long I’ve been in the industry, there’s always something new that surprises me!

If you had your own mug with a slogan or motto, what would it say?

The plan was perfect… until the first Daily! 😉
